Fun times...

Wow, so many things have happened in the last couple weeks but I haven't had much time to post. It's amazing how many things I can't get done during the day. Whoever said that newborns are easy was a liar, and that all they do is eat, sleep and poop for the first couple months!! Part of this is true, but they are also SOOOOOOOO demanding that every time I put C.J. down he cries, making it IMPOSSIBLE to get anything accomplished! Maybe I spoil him too much, but I read that you can't spoil them at this age!! I can't believe C.J. is 6 weeks old and he is now weighing in at 10 POUNDS!! WOWzers!! It certainly helps that he eats for an HOUR each feeding, yes, an hour!! Not to mention the fact that he eats every 2 1/2 hours, so you do the math, I feel like a feeding machine!! Maybe cause I am!! C.J. finally got to meet his auntie Susan and Sheri and cousins Liv and Abby (we missed you Mads!!) from Massachusetts. They came to spend a few days with us and it was a great time!! Auntie Susan got sick, so she didn't get to kiss and eat him up like she had hoped!! C.J. has been smiling and going a lot lately, which I LOVE!! He finally smiled at me, after he had smiled at everyone else in the world! I am just the one who feeds him at all hours of the night, but that's ok!!
